DELIVERY 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account, selecting My Account and then Orders.

Our shipping partners are DHL and FEDEX.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all orders to the UAE and the GCC region.

Customs duty may apply for deliveries, as advised by local authorities of the delivery location.These shall be borne by the customer and After Dark shall not be liable to pay any taxes/duties imposed as such.

FAILED DELIVERY

As a small business, we request and appreciate all customers to provide complete addresses for deliveries. Undeliverable/undelivered orders are sent back to our warehouse along with the reason as stated by our shipping partner, after which the order stands cancelled.

Please note, we do not allow re-attempts of order deliveries and the payment received against the order will not be refunded.

COLOURS

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on
www.AFTERDARK.STORE as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Orders placed as custom orders have the flexibility of changing designs ad mixing up colours, embroideries and fabric type along with silhouettes - all depending on availability which is confirmed by the design team beforehand. Pease note, all custom orders should be of minimum value Rs 1000 AED , should be 100% prepaid and are non-exchangeable/returnable.

All communication would be through email and video calls.

The team is happy to organise up to 3 video calls to discuss the order, your preferences etc. Each such call would be of duration of up to 90 minutes. The spoken language during the video calls will be English.
